We want to minimise the difficulties that freshmen encounter, when they arrive for the first time in Shanghai and help them settling down in the best possible conditions.

The freshmen arrive in Shanghai from all around this huge country, each of them with their own culture, language and food habits. They are often an only child and protected by their parents.
When arriving at the University, they feel completely lost in this whole new environment, where they don’t know anything or anyone yet. They can have difficulties to communicate and to adapt to this new place.
